Bearing Oil Cooler Tube Nest Assembly For Rihand Power Station, Pipri, Sonebhadra , Supply Of Bearing Oil Cooler Tube Nest Assembly With 1.0 Mm Thick Tube Complete In All Respect As Per Specification Given Below:- • No. Of Tubes-256 • No. Of Baffles And Plate Etc.- As Perdrawing Enclosed • Tube Length- 1417 Mm • Thickness- 1.0 Mm • Internal Diameter- 9.0 Mm • Outer Diameter- 11.0 Mm • Material Composition- 90% Copper & 10% Nickel ( M / S Alcobex Make ) • Working Pressure- 3.0 Kg / Cm² • Test Pressure- 6.0 Kg / Cm² • Working Oil Temperature- 60ºc-120ºc • The Bending Of Tube Shall Be Done In Such A Way That There Is No Wrinkle Or Ovality Induced. • The Bending And Flaring Of The Tubes Shall Be Carried Out As Per Latest Technique Using Electrically Controlled Automatic Tube Expander So That These Tubes May Not Fail At These Points. • Tubes Shall Be Stress Relieved Before Installation • Tubes Shall Conform Latest Edition Of Is 45-1969 & Bs 2871-1972 • Tube End Plate – 60 / 40 Bras, Bs 2857 Cz 123 • Baffle Plate - Brass • Make And Year Of Manufacturing To Be Embossed On Bearing Oil Cooler Tube Nest Assembly. • Guaranty Period – 12 Month. , Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Bearing Oil Cooler Tube Nest Assembly At Site For Proper Functioning.
