Tertiary chilled water pumps with VFD 50 HP (02 nos.)&,Tertiary chilled water pumps without VFD (06 nos.)&Hot water generator of 500 KW (01 nos.) & 250 KW (01 nos.), Hot water pump 10 HP each (2 nos.) Cooling tower 600 TR (02 nos.) & 750 TR (02 nos.) The job shall also include cleaning of air filters, grills, diffusers, washing/chemical cleaning of cooling coils, cooling towers, Temperature controller of all OTs , Descaling of chillers & condensers , lubrication of motors , cleaning ofall AHU’S room, FCU’s etc for smooth & trouble free functioning of entire HVAC System. |
