3(i) Girth above 600 mm and upto 1200 mm
4Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil over areas (exceeding average depth of 30 cm, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m outside the periphery of the area and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed as per clauses of Chapter - 2 of CPWD specification.
5(i) Without dewatering
6Filling in trenches, plinth, under floor, sides of foundations etc. with available excavated suitable soil in regular horizontal layers, each not exceeding 200 mm in depth with all lead and lifts, consolidating each layer by watering and ramming with steel rammers or 1/2 tonne roller as per clauses of Chapter - 2 of CPWD specification.
7Filling in trenches, plinth, under floor, sides of foundations etc. with the approved materials obtained from borrow pits within a lead of 1000 m and all lifts, transporting to site, spreading in regular horizontal layers, each not exceeding 200 mm in depth, grading to required slope and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method at OMC as per clauses of Chapter - 2 of CPWD specification.

15Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10 Kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixture to site of laying, including the cost of form work but excluding finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions ( as per IS : 9103 ) to accelerate or retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability all works upto floor five level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and as per clauses of Chapter - 5 of CPWD specification.

34Providing and fixing factory made door shutter 28 mm thick, made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 71 mm width & 28 mm thick as styles and rails. Joints are made using solvent adhesive and GI "C" sections ( 39 x 19 x 0.6 mm thick) stiffener frame insert & telescopic polymeric "L" corners. The panel shall be filled with 3 mm thick high pressure compact laminate as per manufacturer"s specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge, cover moulding shall be provided for covering, fixing screws and elegant look as per clauses of Chapter - 9 of CPWD specification.

59Providing, Fixing and errection of 4.0 mm thick Aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding of Aludecor/Durabuild/Alucobond or Similar approved make, fabricated to flat, smooth curved to required radius, circular ring cladding to shape as per requirement (exterior/interior surface), in metallic colours using prefabricated aluminium extruded profiles of Alloy 6063 T6 in chromatized finish to withstand the design wind pressure of 200 Kg/Sqm. The fastening brackets of Aluminium / Hot dip galvanized with SS 304 screws, fastners and anchor bolts complete with nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts. 60Providing, fixing & erection of semi unitized structural glazing with anodized or powder coated (of approved shade) aluminium section (of a company of reputed)in frame work with Hindalco Section no. 9187 or Similar approved, including fixing of 6.0 mm thick, Pyrolithick on - line coated solar heat reflective toughened glass (Glaverbal or Similar make) of approved colour. Glass fixing arrangement with aluminium structure with sub frame of appropriate sections. Structural silicone (Dow corning or Wakcher SG-18 or Similar make) will be used for fixing glass to subframe, joining line of glasses should be filled up with Polyurethane back up foam and weather sealant (Dow Corning or Wakcher make or Similar make). 118Providing and Fixing Channeled Hi Density Fiber Board Wall Panel (woodworks) (WC01C28LUMW) perforated panels of width 128mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2440mm with minimum 830 kg/M3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade/species & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 4mm width and 28 mm visible panel each. The panels shall provide a fire reaction of Class of 1 as per Part 7 of BS 476. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue-andgrooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing nonwoven acoustical fleece having NRC of 0.55. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips. Install wooden battens of section 50 mm x 50 mm or approved by the Architect on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600 mm centre-tocentre. Screw the aluminium-extruded
119keel for channeled wood works (GTPT001) over the lowest and second wooden batten at an on-centre distance of 600 mm. Install the first set of wooden panels by inserting the clips for border channeled woodworks (GTPT002) and insert the grove of the panel into the projecting flange of the aluminium clip. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into the groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing clips for inside channeled woodworks (GTPT003) into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. Use clips for borer channeled woodworks (GTPT002) to finish off the installation. Finish off the edges using wooden moulding of matching colour approved by the Architect, suitably fixed all complete as per drawings and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
120Providing and fixing in position wall panneling at all heights with 12.5mm thick perforated Gypsum Board panels / tiles made from plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS 2095 part 1 of size 595 X 595 mm having perforation of 9.7X 9.7 mm at 19.4mm c/c with centre boarders of 48mm & the site borders of 30mm having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.65 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987 Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per DS:476 (part-4) fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 & 7) humidity resistance of 100% thermal conductivity < 0.043W/mK as per ASTM 518: 1991 comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel size 48X34X36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceilling channel section of size 50X32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using 12mm dia. 50mm long wage type expanded zink alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horizontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mmX600mm.
121Resin bonded Glasswool of 24Kg / m3 and 50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally Gypsum Board non combustible pannels / tiles are to be screw fixed with self tapping pan head nickel coated mild steel screws of size 13X3.2mm on to this grid leaving and even groove of 1mm between the panels. The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended jointing compound and fibre joint tap roll 50mm wide (90 metre) roll and two coats of primer suitable for paneling as per manufacturer specification as per direction ofEngineer-in-Charge all complete.
