Thickness test for above ground piping/Pressure Vessels etc by clock position/Quadrant method once in a year: \"Method: UT thickness test on test points located at different length of straight pipe, elbow etc at 12,3,6 & 9 clock position. One test point at pipe may have four or more Examination point/Spot reading. It includes Ultrasonic thickness measurement of line pipe parent metal using pulse-echo equipment by NDT level-II personnel, supply of equipment, calibration blocks, couplant and consumables etc. and submission of thicknessmeasurement reports with minimum thickness reading of each grid.
