4Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cementmortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing of rubish, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
5Stone walling of random rubble with best quality locally available harder stone such as granite, trap or basalt, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
6Brick work with sub class `B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metremean radiusbuilt in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
7Taking down plastering in cementlimeor cement mortoron brick or stone work etc. includingracking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
8Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work orconcrete surfacesin cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
9Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applyingtwo coats of white wash on walls, complete all as specifiedand directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
10Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
11Dismantling timber scantlings under 40 sq. cm in section in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc.,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
12Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting outand removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
13Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregatein walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases), complete all as specifiedand directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Supply only chain linkMS galvanised fencing, made out of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire of mesh 100mm x 100mm/ 50mm x 50mm in size, complete all as specifiedas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
15Fixing only chain link fencing to RCC/mild steel Posts fixed with MS Flat iron and 3 Nos of 10mm dia. MS bars as line wire including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- MS Flats and round bars to be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this BOQ.
16Mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 , complete all as specifiedas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
17TMT steel bars10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips,complete all as specifiedas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
18Mild steel in flat, round or square bars, in available lengths conforming to Fe-410-W (gde E-250) quality-A,complete all as specifiedas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
19Mild Steel work in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment, complete all as specifiedas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
20Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 12mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 30cm long,complete all as specifiedas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
21Demolition of stone slabs and tiles, laid bedded and pointed in any mortor of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specifiedas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
22Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 40mm thick, as in floors surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
23Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block coloured of selected quality, any shape and sizewith grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
24Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm (2.5Cm) thick (Glosy finished) set, jointedand pointed in neat cement slurryin floors,with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including15mm thick screed bed orbedding layer in cement mortar1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26Plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 100mm thick,as insub-base of floor/path etc. finishing surfaceseven and fair,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..
27Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick, surface finished fair to receive top layer of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
28Note:-An amount of Rs. 22,200.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch "A" Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
