For Fabrication Of Syphonic Bend, Dismantling Of Old And Damaged Syphonic Bend And Relacing By Errecting Of New Fabricated Syphonic Bend For Pump No. 7&8 Of Kishanpur Pump Canal At Distt.Kaushambi As Per The Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge. Work Includes :- 1. Dismantaling Of Old And Damaged Symphonic Bends (Without Any Damage Of Hydromechanicalequipments And Structures) Established At Top Of Delivery Tand And Shifting Of Damaged & Old Symphonic Bend To Store Of Kishanpur Pump Canal Incluidinglabour And T&P Etc. Required To Execute The Work. 2. Fabrication Of New Syphonic Bend (1000Mm Dia. X 1800 Mm Dia. X 9745 Mm) By 10 Mm Ms Plate With One No. M.S Flange 1000Mm Dia. X 1320 Mm By 25 Mm M.S. Plate With Stiffners And Holes as per drawing provided by department for pump no. 1 & 2 at kishanpur pump canal campus by measuring, marking, cutting, rolling and welding including consumable material, labour and T&P etc. required to execute the work. 3. Shifting of fabricated Symphonic Bend at the top of delivery tank. 4. Errection of Symphonic Bend by Placing, Positioning, Aligning and fatening of flanges by nut & bolt and rubber packing with the erected pipe line ensuring no leakage and without damage of hydromechanicalequipments and structures including consumable material, labour and T&P etc. required to execute the work. Note:- 1. M.S. steel plates will be provided by the department. 2. M.S. scrap will be returned back to the department.
