PV MODULES :- To obtain 52.5 KWp minimum required numbers of crystalline silicon solarPV modules of not less than 325 Wp each having efficiency more than 16% at standard test condition, fill factor more than 0.75 plant performance ratio more than or equivalent to 75% in accordance with IEC 61724 & made of high transmittivity glass and glass front surface shall give high encapasulation gain (transmittance above 90% and bending less than 0.3%) Electrical parameters of 325 Wp solar PV module under STC of irradiance 1000 W/m2.AM 1.5 Spectrum & temperature 250 C will be as under :- Max Peak Power Pmax> 325wp Current at Pmax pm 8.601 A Voltage at Pmax Vpm37.828 volt Short Circuit current Isc9.268A Open circuit voltage Voc46.79 Volts
2(a) Rated output of modules shall have positive tolerance of 3-5% & no negative tolerance is allowed (b) It shall perform satisfactorily in relative humidity 85+ 5% with temperature -100C to 850C (Cell) and should withstand wind 150 Km/Hr on the surface of the panel. (c) PV modules must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which shall not be less than 90% of the initial value at the end of 10 years and 80% of the initial value at the end of 25 years. (d) Each module shall have RFID tag encapsulated with Solar Cells bearing the following details RFID reader will be provided by contractor :- (i)Name of manufacture of PV Module (ii)Name of manufacturer of solar Cell (iii)Month and year of manufacture (Separated for cell & module) (iv)Country of orgin (separately for solar cell & module) (v)Peak wattage Im Vm and fill factor of the module (vi) Date of year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate including the test lab issuing IEC certificate. (vii) Unique Serial No and model No of Module (viii) I-V curve of Module. (ix) Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate. (x) Other relevent information of tracebility of solar cells and modules. (e) The temperature co-efficient for the module shall not be more than 0.50%/0c (f)Every module must have by pass diode of suitable capacity
3(g)PV module must conform to latest edition of IEC 61215/IS14286 in addition the modules must conform to IEC 61730 Part I & II for construction and testing & safety qualification & conforming to IEC 62804 PID & IEC 61701/BIS61701 for corrosive atmosphere. (h)It shall also in conformity of latest minimum technical specifications issued by MNRE from time to time. Modules should of 72 cells configuration and should be of MNRE approved Companies/agencies in catagory/rating SA -1A" (j)Provision of earthing & earth strip/Cables etc for earth for solar PV module structure/Array boxes etc as per latest IS/MNRE norms to be provided and the cost of the same is to be included in this item and no extra amount will be paid to the contractor on this account. Junction Boxes:- Supply suitable Numbers (as per design) of 12/16/24 Inputs and suitably rated output having separate DC fuses for both (+) and (-) on input and Isolator on output terminal for each string. Each Junction Box should have on spare input terminal SMB should have RS -485 communication port to read individual string Current .Bus Voltage and Inside Tempreture Dust Vermin and waterproof Array Junction Boxes of FRP/thermo Plast with IEC62208 and shall be sunlight/UV resistant a well of fire retardant including over voltage protection, surge protection and maintenance free earthing and earthing free strip as per relavant standard. The PV module must be tested and approved by one of the IEC authorised test centres in addition a PV module qualification test certificated as per IEC standard issued by ETDC NABL accredited lab MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURE (MMS) (a) MMS should be made with hot dipped galvenised iron section , galvanisation not less than 85 micron. (b) Design should be vetted by 3rd party (either through IIT/stage engineering college) and submitted for approval of Accepting officer.
4(c)Confirming to IS 2061-1992 and galvanized as per IS 4759. (d)The material shall be corrosive resistant and electrically compatible with material used in module frame. (e)The minimum clearance of the structure from ground level should be 300-400 mm. (f)MMS should be fixed on roof top with suitable size PCC block without drilling holes on roof. LIGHTING PROTECTION FOR PV ARRAY :-Design supply & fix Lightning Arrestor of 1 Nos of suitable Early Streamer Emission (ESE) lightning arrestors installed in the array field including earthing and earthing strip. INVERTER- Electronic inverter with associated controls protection device. It should also have MPPT (max power point tracking) or interface between solar PVC and the invertor. Earthing of inverter included in this+B17 item.Invertor shall confirm the following parameter :- (a) Output Power -60 KW (b) Output Voltage - 415 (c) output frequency -50Hz (d) Total harmonics distrotion < 5% (e) Max output current - 100 A/50A (in case of 30 Kw) Note :- 1-contractor may offer 2 nos of inverter combine power of 60 KW as per design approval. 2- Inverter shall have all necessary accessories required for connection of out put to existing LT panel
5CHARGER DC OUTPUT :- (a) Max out put charge current 80 A or as per manufacture recommendation. (b) Output charger Voltage Range 96-114 V or as per manufacture recommendation. (c) Charge control three stage two stage boost custom (d) Charge temperature compensation battery temp sensor included. (e) Power factor corrected changing 0.98. (f)Compatible battery type flooded, GEL AGM, LION, Coustom (g) Efficiency peak 95.7%. General Specification : IP degree of protection IP55, warranty 2 year. BATTERY : 60 (Sixty) Nos Gel Technology tubular solar batteries 220AH 12 Vfor back up with MS stand shall be provided in configuration asspecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. DC COPPER CABLE-From module to SMB and SMB to Inverter as per design included in the item andas per site requirement. Note :- (a) Module should be make in India (b) Qualifies under the domestic content requirement norms as per specification. (c) All mechanical and electrical works shall be carried out as per relevent BIS IS equivalent standard norms only and also in accordance with the latest edition of the indian electricity Act rules formed there is under and as amended from time to time. (d) Submitting completion Drgs & Test certificates for all major eqpt Catalogue, gaurantee, warrenty certificate to be submitted. (e) Any minor items inescapable required at site which are essential should be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of respective items. (g) All the item used in Solar power plant should be MEDA/MNRE Approved. (h) Battery should be arranged properly in MS Frame duly painted. (j) Warranty (k) Theoverall workmanship of the grid solar power plant andMMSmust be given a warranty for a minimum of 5 years. (l) Thedesign of solarpowerplant to be vettedby accepting officer SLDshould be submitted beforestarting of work.
6S & F Solar module washing assembly comprises of1.5 HP pump set for pressure of 4-5 bar, PVC pipes of required length & size for inlet and PVC flexible pipe of 30 Meter Length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
7S & F LED street light 72 watt with system lumen (NOM) 2500 with heat resistance toughened glass IP 66 protection epoxy powder coated finish sheet aluminium housing including making connection from looping box/connector to the light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
8S & F 40 mm light grade GI pipe Bracket for street light (not less than 1.5 mtr long) and two nos of mild steel clamp & made out of 32 x3 mm flat iron complete with bolts and nuts and suitable size washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
9S & FTrivector meter base mounting of 3 phase 4 wire 240V (L-N) 5 Amp with Rs 485 Point class 0.5 for Voltage Level 415 V Voltage Level meters capable of performing functions of energy audit/Load survey including CTs of suitable capacity purpose complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
10M & L framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk wasy, railiings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
11Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of cable pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
12Dittoas per item No 7 above but in hard/dense soil.
13Dittoas per item No 7 above but in soft/disintegrated Rock.
14Retruning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
15Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc 1.5 cm above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
16M&L for crushed stone sand cushioning to UG cable laid in trenches with stone dust sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
17Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class I flat size 250mmx 150mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
18Supply laying jointing testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable 70 Sqmm x 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade XLPE (corss linked polythene) armoured with galvanised round steel wire or steel strip, electric power cable heavy duty with multi standed aluminimum conductor laid in trenches ducts fix on walls/poles with proper size saddles and clamp laid under roads /path/drain/colverts or enclosed in GI Pipe fix complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
19-Ditto- as per item No 14 above but size 25 sqmm 4 core.
20S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters in English, Hindi and local languag, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 20 x 15mm size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
