Providing, Laying, Spreading & Compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specifications including mixing the material with water at OMC mechanical mixer plant carriage of mixed material by Tipper at site with all leads and lifts laying in uniform layers in sub base/ base course on a well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification of clause 406.(75mm thick compacted)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of VG 10 grade including heating the bitumen and sparying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust, mud etc andfinally brooming the surface as per required specification. (Including cost & carriage of all materials involved upto site of work complete).

Providing/ laying 50mm thick compacted bituminousmacadam base course with stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as per specified in most spacification and straight run bitumen of VG 10 @ 3.3% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggrt. and bitumen in hot mix plant transporting and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade. rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction and density (including cost & carriage of all materials involved upto site of work complete)

Providing/ laying 25mm thick semidence Bitumenous concrete using material agg. satisfying the gradation set out in most specification with 5% binder content (by way of total mix) bitumen VG 10 @2.88 kgs/ sqm with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with 8 to 10 ton capacity road roller to achieve the required compaction and density with 8/100 including rolling and finishing complete including cost and carriage of material involved.

Providing/ laying premixed seal coat having fine agg. (Passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micronsieve) with bitumen 128 kg of VG 10 bitumen per cum of fine agg. (0.768kg of bitumen per sqm) and 0.60 cum of fine agg. per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing complete as per most specification (including cost and carriage of all materials involved upto the site of work)
