    Bids Are Invited For Boqmse Total Quantity : 1--1 VEHICLE REPAIR Taking out rear both side wheels, dismantling, cleaning with kerosene, properly checking and replacement of unsv wheel bearing-02 Nos(Outer), oil seal – 02 sets, Brake liner -02 sets,w.c.kit -02 No, replacement of unsv grease and refill new grease- ½ Kg (CASTROL) and reassemble the same in its original position Air bleeding from system through ½ it brake fluid and four wheel brakes to be adjusted. Brakre linear revetting , brake drum cutting at lathe machine workshop . 2 Gear box Lowering the gear box completely taking out the clutch plate, pressure plate, properly checking and replacement of unsv/wornout clutch plate – 1 No (TELCO), Pressure plate assy -01 No, Release bearing 1 No and refixing the gear box in its original postion. 3 Coolent refilling Drain out the ineffective coolant and refilling the new coolent – 03 Ltrs with 09 Ltrs of disital water, and also replacement of radiator cap, fan belt -01 No., 4 Engine oil Drain out the bunrt engine oil, refilling the new servo engine oil-12.5 Ltrs and also replacement of oil filtr ter-02 No, fuel filter-02 No & Air filter-01 No 5 Clutch Taking out complete master cylinder assy (Clutch), dismantling, properly check and Replacement of unserviceable master cylinder assy with new one and removing the air from system by bleeding with brake fluid oil 250 ml Make-Castrol. 6 Welding Work Welding work to be done of super structure ,refixing of water proof cover dragline stiching with nylon rope in two sides and complete fitting of super structure 7 Washing & Cleaning Washing and cleaning of complete veh, greasing & oiling of all moveable parts of veh. ,tyre rotaion ,wheel alighnment
