HYDRAULICSLUICE VALVESALONG WITH HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS:a) Hydraulic cylinder to be dismantled, bucket and gland seals to be renewed from ship\"s supply. Cylinder to be fitted back after renewal of seals. Cylinder to be pressure tested upto 200bar no seal leak and valve to be shown in working condition to the satisfaction of ship\"s staff.b) Valve to be removed from place and taken to workshop after removing hydraulic pipes, flushing line connection, dredge pipe flange connection, mountings etc., including dredge pipes. Valve to be dismantled and nose and buffer rings removed. Valve body in a way of nose and buffer rings to be calibrated and report submitted. Water boxes to be pressure tested to 5kg/cm2. Valve slide and spindle to be dismantled. Indicator spindle to be checked for trueness and machanism to be overhauled. Water gland seal for valve splindle to be repaired or renewed. Flushing water space to be cleaned and painted with apexior-3. Nose & buffer rings (ship supply) to be renewed and valve assembled back with yard supply packings. Valve to be tried out hydraulically by hand pump to the satisfaction of ship staff. Valve body to be chipped and painted with one coat each of epoxy primer and enamel green. Valve to be taken onboard and refitted in place with joints, bolts & nuts. Valve to be shown in working condition. All pipeliners to be assembled back and any leakages from pipelines to be rectified valve to be shown in working condition.

Worn out portion in way of seat/nose and buffer ringsto bebuiltup to required diameter and machined to original dimensions.

Worn out/thinned down portions of water box valve body to be cropped and renewed.

Renewing the indicator unit (MS).

Fabricating, fitting by welding the MS guide plates – size 230x80x20 – 4 Nos. to guide the valve slide to each valve.

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.Nos. 1 to 1.6 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered \" on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item\"\" for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.7) against third party/OEM invoice.
