Services for preparation and Machining of Shaft Liner and Preparation for fitment of New Face Seal..(a) Surface check and primary inspection in present condition, like shaft line, initial gauging of liner OD, shaft OD, depth of grooves on the liner, shaft angle etc by engineers from Wartsila UK (b) Inspection of shaft line & gauging of sleeve and stern tube face has to carried out for mounting of seal and DCR (c) Working on the Designing of the insitu machine at Wartsila Denmark, importing of insitu machine to Visakhapatnam, Dismantling and shifting of insitu machining tool inside the Ship compartment (d) Preparation & fabrication of (safety aspects as per Wartsila General T&C guidelines) standing platform underneath of shaft area. Preparation arranging ventilation, Light and fan (e) Preparation and installation of the insitu- machining tool in compartment by M/s wartsila Denmark specialists. (f) Precession Machining of liner surface in-situ, till removal of all groves in surface by M/s wartsila Denmark specialists.in coordination with wartsila UK experts (g) Insitu- machining of stern tube flanges surface for fitment of Seal mounting ring by M/s wartsila Denmark specialists.in coordination with wartsila UK experts (h) Checking/Inspection of Surface and angle for Installation of the Mounting ring.As per OEM/ Ship builder technical manual/ drawing

Services Transport Seal Installation, Fitment, final Inspection.Dismantling of New Deep Sea Seal assembly and shifting inside the compartment. Adaptor plate reaming/machining of new PCD based on the Stern-tube flange surface and requirements Mounting / assembly of Adopter plate on stern tube flange and inspection Hot Bonding of Inflatable seal and mounting in mounting plate assembly, fitting of mounting plate in stern tube Testing of inflatable seal in position Assembly of bellow assembly in position Fitment of seat assembly, compression of bellow assembly and pre alignment of seal assembly in place. Compression of seat assembly and alignment of seat. Connecting of new pipe lines with accessories for Seal assembly flushing and inflatable seal system Static and hydro test of the seal.As per OEM/ Ship builder technical manual/ drawing
