Maintaining log book of runningof pumping machineryregister for sample reports and consumption of chemicals keeping regularand proper record of water quantity and quality, repair and maintenancework chemical dosing and time andhours of run of pumping machinery removed of all kind of slips, slush, up-rooting of unwanted grass, shrub, weeds etc growing near the structureand keeping the area neat and cleanto the entire satisfactionofEngineer-in-Charge. Planting and maintenance of plants, flowers, tree around the pump House and storage tank etc to the entire satisfactionofEngineer-in-Charge, i/c the cost of procurement of adequate and proper tools and plants, Skilled and unskilled manpower spare parts, oil/ grease/ lubricants, chemicals for water treatment and all kinds of regents required for water samples testing and making standby arrangement all time . Instruments, equipments, stationery and any other material etc. required for O&M excluding the cost of energy charges. All the operation shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO manual of water Supply and treatment (latest addition) HPPWD/ JSV specification Hp & JSV norms direction issued by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time and sound engineering practice.
