Cleaning common areas inside the stadium building twice in a week, collecting the debris, garbages waste etc.. and conveying to the collection bins as directed. The area covers the inner corridor, verandah, inner passage, cross corridor etc...in all levels with necessary approved quality chemicals, brooms, brush etc...Rate including all cost of labour, materials used for cleaning etc...complete

Providing approved quality medium duty recycling dustbin bag of size 30\"\" X46\"\"X 50 \"\" 160 gauge or nearest size with recycle logo printed over it for collecting gradable and degradable waste and disposal of the collected waste away from the stadium premises without public nuisance at risk and cost of the contractor as direction of dept engineer in charge

Disposal of the collected debris away from the stadium site daily without any nuisence to the public at the risk of the contractor as per the direction of dept engineer in charge

Cleaning underside of slabs shades, beams etc..of common area of stadium building including toilet, passage, outside verandah of all floor etc.. by removing the cobweb using machines or manually etc..complete once in a month as per the direction of the dept engineer in charge

Providing approved quality PVC dust bin of 150 litres capacity at stadium building in different sectors for collecting gradable & degradable waste separately

Cutting, rooting out and removing the plants and overgrowths grown at various parts of the existing structure and applying certain chemicals for burning the roots without disturbing or damaging the structure as per the direction of engineers.

Applicable GST In case of change in the GST rate between the date of invoice and date of supply on last date of submission of tender (in case of works), and the date of release of payment for works done,the prevailing GSTrate will be reckoned as per the GSTlaws of the Central and State Government for payment.All payment will be released only after producing proof of GST remittance.
