    1Insulation work (LRB Light Resin Bonded) of various hot surfaces of pipes, tanks, vessels and other pressure parts for sugar mill. a) Thickness- 50mm b) Thickness – 75mm Specification for insulation work • To clean and wire brush the surface to be insulated so that it is free from grease, rust, etc. • To fabricated and fixing of LRB above thickness mattresses all the joints shall be filled with loose LRB and stitched with G.I annealed lacing wire. • M.S Bolts/M.S lags will be provided by the mills and welded by the bidder. • To hold the outer surface of insulation laying in open condition with 20 mesh wire neeting of 24 SWG. • The wire neeting and binding material will be provided by the bidder.
