| 1 | Providing, Operating and maintaining in good condition Diesel Driven, 2-Wheel Drive, Metal Sheet closed body covered MAHINDRA SCORPIO S5, 7 seater or Equivalent Model not earlier than 2021, having 4-Doors, Good Quality cushion seats with leather covers for use for official works under IHB Ltd. Maintaining the vehicle at all times in good and perfect condition. The cost is inclusive of payment of all taxes, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Cost of fuel, Lubricants, Spares,ISI approved spark arrestor, trolley hook,Machinery parts as required for smooth running of vehicle, Cost of all wages of crew and other payments for operation and maintenance of vehicle in accordance with Tender Document and as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge/ Site Engineer. Toll tax shall be paid extra. The vehicle must have valid Commercial registration Taxi Permit.Vehicle shall be equipped with all facilities in working condition as provided by the manufacturer . Monthly charges for providing the vehicle as above for an average run of approx 3500 Km per month, operating the same 12 Hours/ day on all days of week, anywhere within the Uttar Pradesh State as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge/ Site Engineer.Number of Vehicle-12 (Twelve)for the period of 1 year. Note -1) 12 (Twelve) no. of 12 hrs duty vehicles shall be provided and scheduled as per requirement in a day. 2) The percentage filled in by the bidder shall only change the rates under Schedule I & II. L-1 position of bidder shall be decided based on the rate quoted by the bidder against Schedule I & II only. 3) Schedules III, IV & V are fixed rates |
| 2 | Schedule I (To be quoted by Bidder):This schedule involve all costs related to the operation and maintenance of the 12 hr. duty vehicle (but round the clock availability for deployment as per requirement to be ensured) which include maintaining the vehicle at all times in good, clean and perfect condition, including payment of all taxes, insurance premium etc. obtaining fitness certificate, road permits, deployment of minimum 1 driver per vehicle, providing all lubricants, tyres, other oils etc. required for smooth & efficient running of vehicle (excluding fuel cost), providing uniforms, stay arrangement, minimum wages, service charges, reliever charges & administrative charges of contractor, overtime if applicable for the deployment period of 12 hrs. in a day, etc. and other related services like extra manpower if required, statutory requirements, etc. required for smooth operation of vehicles under the contractQty - 12 vehicle for 12 months = 144 Months |
| 3 | Schedule II (To be quoted by Bidder):Under this schedule, the rates involve fuel cost which shall be payable to the Contractor per KM Basis on actual KM run only, Estimated Qty= (3500km) x 12 months x 12 vehicles |
| 4 | Schedule III ( FIXED):Extra hourly charges or part thereof for detention of vehicle beyond 12 hours in a day from the hour commenced/ time of reporting of vehicle for the day -(Rates under Schedule III are fixed and not to be filled by the bidder ) - Considering 2 hrs per day/ vehicle |
| 5 | Schedule IV ( FIXED):Reimbursment towards fuel escalation (based on WPI for HSD as per index released by Office of the Economic Adviser, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt of India) and arrears in case of increase in minimum wage of driver, toll charges, port pass etc -(Rates under Schedule IV are fixed and not to be filled by the bidder ) |
| 6 | Schedule V( FIXED):Charges for Night Halt for a period of 12 months considering 10 night out stations of vehicle per month (Area outside Lucknow only shall be considered as outstation) (10 night x 12 vehicle x 12 months) |
