Yearly charges for cosultative service for taking on payroll of 1 Lab Analyst Chemist in the District Laboratory under PHE Dte. In Purba Medinipur District. N.B. :-i) As per Order No. PHE/1901/0-13/2013 Dated.-12.08.2015, payment to agency will be made after receiving the proof of payment made to laboratory personnel. ii) The chemist and Bacteriologist of the District Laboratories will keep liaison with Sub-Divisional Laboratories and supervises the distribution of chemical and reagents procured for different WTL of the District and Including time to time data entries upload in Govt. of India IMS/WBPHED website and authentication including celibration of instrument. (Including Festival Bonus & Contractor Profit @ 10%)

N.B. :-i) As per Order No. PHE/1901/0-13/2013 Dated.-12.08.2015 service tax as applicable paid by the agency will be remibursed as actual and subject to production of receipt of payment made.
