Submersible motor-pump unit with the help of chain pulley block & manual labour from the river at L.I.S Dabbar Potha after dismantling the complete pump set to assess the damages then re-assembling & placing it at a suitable place at the top of the Sump tank for loading it in a tractor trolley after crawling/dragging through a distance of 40m up to loading point and further shifting to Dabbar Potha approx. 1Km and then further shifting to workshop with the help of mechanical transportation. Dismantling of Motor Pump Unit at workshop for repairing. Complete overhauling of pump by way of fabrication and fitting of 01 No. gun metal ring for pump casing, 01 No. chuck nut, 01 No. guide bush and 01 No. steel space bush, 01 No. mesh seal, oil rings along with rebuilding of 01No.356 mm multi-channel Impeller by way of welding, turning and reconditioning. Providing and fitting of thrust plate, silicon carbide mechanical seals for pump & motor side. Rebuilding, reconditioningof worn out portions of 76 mm Dia. impeller shaft of material A.I.S.I-410(H&T)by re-metalling with special Welding electrodes in layers and then turning, grinding, polishing, finishing on lathe machine including rebuilding, finishing of key ways to true size. Also removing/checking eccentricity of impeller shaft with dial-gauge at various off sets. Removing deflection/eccentricity, if any, by heat treatment on hydraulic press. Removing deflection on heads/ends and then checking the alignment of the shaft on lathe machine. Providing &fitting of new fabricated cotter pins.The job further includes complete rewinding of three phase squirrel cage, 04 Pole, 85 H.P submersible motor by dismantling the rotor and stator and then rewinding completely with the original specified rewinding wire & F class insulation material.Providing and fitting of new motor bush housing one no. as per sample and specifications. Assembling of complete unit of submersible pump and motor, filling of oil and testing in the workshop. Shifting of submersible pump set from workshop after repairing to installation site in similar manner as shifted to workshop and then lowering of pump set complete assembly in the sump tank with the help of chain pulley block fitted with the gantry at site, fitting of pipes, bends and delivery pipe for jointing the pump to rising main. Providing all electrical connections and then testing, commissioning of pump set on full load. Job includes the cost of material, manual/head load carriage charges, mech. transport including loading/unloading before and after repairs, labour charges for execution of job/handling the components with hire charges of tools and tackles required at sitecomplete Job. |
