| 4 | Charges for draining oil from the CRM and ERM gear boxes and top up new oil in the CRM and ERM gear boxes and greasing the bearing including charges for T&Ps and consumables. |
| 5 | Charges for cleaning the deposited fly ash in between the shaft insulator and body, support insulator and body, cleaning the drive shafts, bearing assembly, alignment checking, assembling. |
| 6 | Charges for water washing the O meter area (Ground Floor) and inside the hopper area of ESP by using fire fighting hoses and nozzle including charges for consumables and T&Ps. |
| 7 | Charges for replacing/reconditioning the worn out shock bar /shock bar guide, such as cutting deflector plate, shock bar guide and tie rod in the rear / front end of shock bar releasing of shock bar from its position replacing/reconditioning the shock bar / shock bar guide and welding of shock bar guide and fix rod at the hopper and checking of shock bar position corresponding to collecting hammer position normally for 1 No shock bar guide including charges for consumables and T&Ps. |

| 13 | Charges for renewal / reconditioning of fallen Deflection plates over the primary / secondary screen plates. This work involves providing scaffolding arrangements leading and positioning and fixing the deflection plates. |
| 14 | Charges for bend removal by hot correction including cutting gas, labour, scaffolding arrangements etc. |
| 15 | Charges for dismantling, renewal of bearings & Gears and internals, reassembling of CRM gear boxes. |

| 17 | Charges for dismantling ERM grip coupling, bearing housing, shaft, bearing & checking the bearing, bush, shaft, and renewal of worn-out bearing, reconditioning / replacing shaft, re assembling. |
| 18 | Charges for cleaning the accumulated ash in ESP “CD” pass outlet funnel area, screen plates & ducts up to ID inlet area. |
| 19 | Charges for cutting and removing the eroded portions of supporting Structures in the screen plate areas, fabrication & erection of new supporting structures, strengthening of the damaged portion in the ESP inlet side by welding and other related works in one pass including the cost of welding electrodes. |
| 20 | Charges for cleaning the accumulated ash inside the ESP hoppers. |
| 21 | Charges for renewal / reconditioning of 1 No. flange at bottom of hopper, man hole doors, poking hole, heating chamber, provided & removal of working platforms on hopper and related equipment including the cost of welding electrodes. |
| 22 | Charges for replacing the worn outEERM shafts with structure, tumbling hammers , bush bearings with necessary scaffolding arrangements aligning the shafts plain bearings, bush bearings, and tumbling hammers.
