The bidder must be fully acquainted himself with the nature and location of work, data related to job, local conditions of site, material to be required and other aspects which are relevant for the completion of work as per requirements.

The insurance, to & fro transportation charges of material and staff, accommodation, shall be borne by the bidder.

Overall lowest bidder will be considered as L-1.

The negotiations if required shall be held with the lowest (L-1) Tenderer only

GST will be paid extra by PSPCL at the prevalent rate.
