Rate to including the cost of boring / drilling to carried out including Rocky strata / boulders etc. Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing pipe plain of 150 mm nominal size dia. of approved make, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths as per direction of Banks engineer. Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical and horizental position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well screen / slotted pipe with ribs of 150 mm nominal size dia. of approved make including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths as per direction of Banks engineer. Providing and filling annular space between PVC pipe and 300 mm dia bore well with gravel of size 3 mm to 6 mm / 2 mm to 4 mm /5 mm to 10 mm as per site requirement. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of cartage, stacking and placing at prescribed location etc. all as per direction of bank?s engineer in charge. Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling gravels of size range 5 mm to 10 mm, in the recharge pit/tank, in the required thickness, for all leads & lift, all complete as per direction of Banks engineer. Providing and filling spreading the excavated pit with boulders of size 5 to 20 cm. rate to include the cost of cartage, stacking at site and placing at prescribed location as per drawing and as per direction of the Banks Engineer-in ?charge.(Volume to be measured shall be inclusive void space,) Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling coarse sand in recharge pit/tank, in required thickness over gravel layer, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Banks engineer. Providing and fixing suitable size PVC cap the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, as per requirement, all complete for borewell as per direction of Banks engineer. Providing and fixing PVC Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per direction Banks engineer. Providing and fixing 150 mm dia of required length m.s. clamp made of MS flat of size 100 x 10 mm thick to the top of casing/ housing pipe of rain water harvesting pipe , including necessary bolts & nuts of required size etc. all complete as per direction of Banks engineer. Providing, laying and fixing 150 mm dia PVC pipe of approved make to withstand pressure of 4 kg/sq cm for making connection from drain to pit, pit to storm water chamber and storm water chamber to drain . Rate shall include excavation of the earth work trench up to required depth and width also cutting the cement concrete, road cutting / removal of brick on edge flooring/ stone boulders etc as per site requirement. Rate shall also include for necessary fittings, bends reducer, unions etc. as required, joining with approved adhesive to make leak proof connection etc.back filling the earth duly compacted by watering, ramming etc. and disposal of surplus material out of bank premises as per direction of bank engineer. Earth work in excavation for recharge pit /tank, chamber etc. in all kind of earth etc up to required depth including all leads and lifts, shoring & strutting, etc. The rate shall include dressing and dewatering, back filling the earth ramming, consolidating and disposal surplus earth out of Bank premises complete as directed by engineer in charge. Providing and laying P.C.C 1:2:4 (1 cement:2coarse sand:4 stone aggregate 20 mm & down) in foundation of minimum thickness of 100 mm including cost of necessary curing, centering, shuttering & deshuttering, all complete as directed by banks engineer. Providing and Laying brick work with best quality locally available well burnt bricks in cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) for any thickness in foundation and super structure including raking of joints, scaffolding, curing, cleaning the site of debris after completion of the work etc. complete as directed by banks Engineer. Providing and laying in position ready mixed cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing etc. Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire the TMT steel bar as required at site as directed by the bank?s engineer including cost of binding wire etc complete at all height and level including scaffolding etc all complete. Providing & applying 15 mm thick 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) on walls cement plaster with at all height and levels including scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as directed by banks engineer. Providing and fixing S.F.R.C. cover and frame (heavy duty) HD-(20 grade designation ) 560 mm internal diameter, fixed in cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 includingcentring, shuttring all complete as directed. Providing and fixing precast factory made approved type RCC drain / Chamber cover (with or without hole as per Bank?s requirement) for storm water chamber of approved size and thickness approximate 3? with cement mortar including cleaning the site, removing the debris out side the Bank?s premises etc. and all complete as directed by Banks Engineer-in-charge Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic encapsulated on12mm dia steel bar having minimum cross section as 23 mm x 25 mm and over all minimum length 263mm and width as 165mm with minimum 112mm space between protruded legs having 2mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138mm as per site condition and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and heaving manufactures permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing all complete as per direction of Banks engineer. Collecting the surplus excavated earth from rain water harvesting site to RBI colony located at sector -9, Trikuta Nagar by trucks / thelas and spreading it enevly in ground of colony at desired locations.
