3	Providing injection type post construction water proofing to concrete structures such as roof slabs, sunken portions, intersection of chajja & masonry, liquid storage tanks, etc. by installing minimum 12/15mm dia PVC / aluminium /GI nozzles at suitable intervals and mechanically injecting single component hydrophobic water-active flexible polyurethane of approved make at minimum pressure of 3 kg/sqm as per manufacturer"s recommendations. The rate shall include all materials, labor and operations and finishing, dismantling & assembling of false ceiling / under deck insulation works, if any, making temporary water pool over the leaky portion and removal after work, include the cost of providing fixing and cutting off nozzle projections grouting holes, etc. complete as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Only consumed chemical in grouting work to be measured for payment)
4	Supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating & erecting in position bolted and / or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS like angles, channels, beams, plates, pipes, tubes, etc. at all heights & levels and locations including all built-up sections / compound sections made out of rolled sections and / or plates / bent plates in existing / new structural pipe supports, frames, etc., cutting to required size, straightening/bending, if required, edge preparation, cleaning, scrapping & welding of unsound joints in existing structural members, preheating, (including sealing of box section with continuous welding) finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line and level with temporary bracings, including providing staging, scaffoldings, & working platforms at all heights, and removal of same after erection, including preparing the surface for painting, surface cleaning, wire brushing, removal of mill scale, dust, rust, oil or grease, etc. complete along with providing paint system as follows: (a) Applying inorganic zinc silicate coat 50 micron DFT; (b) Two coats of Epoxy primer paint 50 micron DFT each; (c) Two coats of Anti Rust epoxy top coat paint 75 micron DFT each as per manufacturer"s specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- One coat of Zinc silicate and one coat of Epoxy primer shall be applied on structural steel surfaces after manual cleaning prior to erection as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply of all materials in contractor"s scope.
5	DISMANTLING OF STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS (bolted/riveted/welded) of all descriptions (taking all necessary safety precautions) for all heights & depths above & below plinth level including supply of all tools & tackles, consumables, necessary scaffolding, etc. providing temporary bracings as required, cutting gusset plates, bolts, nuts, weldings, etc., stacking of serviceable materials at designated location / CPCL storage Yard/scrap yard within the Refinery premises as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
6	Polishing of existing marble stone flooring including cost of labor, materials, tools and tackles, etc.
7	Polishing of existing mosaic flooring including cost of labor, materials, tools and tackles, etc.
8	Dismantling CC / RCC work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead 100 m, stacking serviceable materials separately including cutting reinforcement bars, scaffolding breaking into pieces all labor, tools supervision, safety precaution, etc. complete.
9	Demolishing plain cement concrete in foundation and super structure including disposal of unserviceable material up to a initial lead of 100m as directed serviceable materials to stores including scaffolding, all labor, tools supervision, safety permits, safety precaution, etc. complete.
10	Demolishing of brick work of any mortar in foundations or at super structures including disposal of unserviceable materials to the designated place within the Refinery premises as directed and including breaking into pieces, all labor, tools, etc. complete.
11	Dismantling pipe lines of up to 6 inch dia including GI, PVC, CPVC, Cast iron, stone ware, etc. including of all tools and tackles and disposal outside housing complex
12	Dismantling tile workin floors and roofs laid up to bed mortar of 20mm including disposal to the dumping ground within the Housing complex premises as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge
13	Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts, etc. complete and stacking the material at a yard within the Refinery premises as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge
14	Earth work in excavation below ground level for all kinds of work in basement, foundations, tunnels including trenches, pavements, wall footings, cable trenches, pipesleepers, pits, general site grading, etc., in all types of soil except soft rock and hard rock for a depth up-to 1.5mtr. including removal of vegetation, shrubsand debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slops, leveling, grading and ramming of bottoms, de-watering from any source and keeping the surface dry till the completion of subsequent works and disposalor stacking of excavated material within a lead of 50mtr., as directed including providing temporary supports to existingservice - lines like water pipes, sewerage, electric-cables, etc., allcomplete, but excluding shoring and strutting.
15	Providing and filling fine aggregate of quality in floor, foundation, etc. in layer of 15 cm thickness including, watering, ramming, consolidating, etc. complete.
16	Back filling the available excavated earth in plinth, trenches, sides of foundations in depressed areas in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer by ramming and watering up to 50 mt lead and lift up to 1.5 mt.
17	Providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 nominal mix using 40mm and down graded coarse aggregate and using OPC 53 grade / of approved make conforming to IS for any thickness below foundations, pile cap, raft, grade slab, tank pads, dyke & fire walls, pipe sleepers & supports, walkway platform supports, trenches, pits, drains, fillings, sumps, chambers, etc. m including shuttering , tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing, etc. all in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directedall complete, as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rate includes supply of cement.
18	Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 part of cement, 1.5 part of fine aggregate and 3 part of stone aggregate 20 mm and down) in foundation below footing floor and raft and trenches using stone aggregate including watering, curing ramming with vibrator if necessary all labor and material complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including cost of form work using OPC 53 grade cement grade of approved make conforming to IS. Rate includes supply of cement.
19	Supplying and placing in position High strength deformed steel bars reinforcement (conforming to IS:1786, Grade Fe500), for RCC work, Pile, including transporting the steel, straightening, cleaning, decoiling. Cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with contractors" own 16 SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps, welding, spacers, fan hooks, scaffolding, etc. for all heights and depths, etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
20	Providing and constructing brickwork in 1:4 Cement mortar (1 Cement and 4sand) with locally available best quality bricks for super structure in all heights with cement mortar including racking out joints, watering, curing, scaffolding, etc., complete. Rate includes supply of OPC 53 grade cement grade
21	Providing 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4sand) on walls / concrete surfaces including cleaning, hacking of concrete surfaces, scaffolding, finishing, curing, etc., for all heights. Rate includes supply of OPC 53 grade cement grade
22	Providing fixing form work including centering, shuttering and strutting and propping in super structure upto staging of 4.5m wide so as to give a fair finish of R.F cement concrete work in column, beams, walls slabs, staircases, (Steps, waist slabs, landing, etc.) lintel, sun shades, canopies, cantilevers, etc. for all heights including removal of the shuttering after the specified period is over and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete with all materials, labor consumable, etc. (Form work shall be supplied by the contractor and shall remain the property of the contractor)
