Hand Held Ultrasonic Flow-meter should be designed in a very robust and light weight portable Ultrasonic Flow-meter along with graphic LCD with dual DSP technology for improved accuracy. It should be suitable for portable measurement applications for pipes of different material and dimensions. Other prominent features of the device are it should be user-friendly interface, bidirectional measurement including the totalizing function, suitable for any liquid regardless its conductivity, pressure or Chemical characteristics. It should have inbuilt larger battery capacity intended for long-term operations in case of remote installations where access to power might be limited. The Internal Data Logger ability to store up to 2000 measurements. Which can be accessed using a hyper terminal where the data is obtained in CSV file. It should be covered in a casing of robust IP6. The device should be suitable for variety of applications like water networks, in-line flow measurements and industrial installation on corrosive or dangerous media. The full instrument set should comprise of Meter, Cable and sensor with Aluminum box. The full instrument should be potable type and the weight should not exceed more than 8kg. The unit should also comprise warranty card and guide manual in soft or hard. The full unit is put to test in field by the firm/agency in presence of the engineers for demonstration and testing thereof.
2Providing and testing of well casing & depth indicator detecting metal well casing and measuring total well depth. It should offers both of these functions without swatches out the probe made of 316 stainless steel and submersible up to 300 ft. the well casing and depth indicator should determine where metal casing starts and ends in new or existing well constructions, hydro fracturing, and installing packers or downhole instruments. The well casing & depth indicator should have dual function stainless steel probe connected to clearly marked flat tape of 100 ft. fitted on a well-balanced reel. The probe should have a strong internal magnetic assembly to detect well casing. When the probe is adjacent to magnetic metal (e.g. steel), a circuit should get completed activating the buzzer and light (quick intermittent beeps and flashing red light). When the probe is no longer next to the casing, the signals should stop. Depths should be read from the tape at surface. A plunger at the bottom of the probe should be used to measure total well depth. The light and buzzer activate when the plunger reaches the bottom of a well and is pushed into the probe body completing a magnetic circuit (slow intermittent beeps and flashing red light). The convenient battery test button should check the main circuitry to determine when the battery needs replacing. For easy access, the battery should be housed in a drawer in the front of the faceplate. The instruments should use non-stretch, accurately laser marked flat tape with tape lengths up to 100ft with replacement tapes as interchangeable with other meters as well. The instrument should be applicable with measuring total well depth, Ground water well installation, detecting gaps in well casing, installing telescoping well screen, packer and down hole instrument installation, hydro-fracturing, confirming existing well construction and decommissioning abandoned wells. The instruments should contain main unit, tape, probe and battery as well the full unit is put to test in field by the frim/agency in presence of the Ex. Engineers for demonstration and testing thereof. The engaging frim has to mention the brand for which agency is quoting the rates and reasonability of rates should be offered as per brand.
