| 3 | The following varieties of plants/Trees (ornamental / Seasonable / Non Seasonable ) are required to be planted. M & L for planting of following trees plant/trees of mention height at the time of plantation including excavation in any type of soil for pit size (3 feet x 3 feet x 3 feet) application of Anti Termite Treatment and fill the pit putting DAP & Urea suitable for plant with the mixer of soil 50 % black cotton soil obtained from excavation 25% red / sweet agriculture soil and 25 % cattle composed mannaure obtained from out side MD land as approved.Then planting the plants in the pit watering to plant and fill the wate in the pit till soil saturated with water as required for pleant.(Note :- The growing of plant by watering and removing the vegitation from the plant pit also till completation date of this contract agreement.Furthe maintenance for two year from the date of completation including tools, materials, man power related machinery etc. complete as per the direction good growing the plants by watering as required for plant and removing the vegitation from the pits and keep all the plants healthy alive.If any plant has died then the same shall be replaced with the same age and height of other grown up plants under this CA) specified and directed. |

| 25 | Notes for item No 01 to 05 :- (i) Tree/plants will be obtained from nursery of MP Govt or any other Nursery approved by GE.(ii) Payment for this item shall be made only for the plants found alive. Any dead plant shall be replaced with the new once with out any extra cost to the Govt. |
