7Cost towards supplying and laying 400 mm2 x 3 core, 11 KV XLPE, HT aluminium cable, XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 kA for 1 sec.)cores laidup inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized steel flat strip armoured, and overall PVC sheathed cable from sub-station to 11 KV VCB panel. 8Cost towards supplying and laying 185 mm2 x 3 core, 11 KV XLPE, HT aluminium cable, XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 kA for 1 sec.)cores laidup inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized steel flat strip armoured, and overall PVC sheathed cable from sub-station to 11 KV VCB panel. 14Cost towards supplying & fitting all labour tools & tackles for making common header of heavy duty M.S. pipe of delivery side jointing header to rising pipe M.S. heavy duty pipe 1200 mm dia, 10 meter long, flange, short piece, bend and allied materials including of cutting, welding, threading etc. required as per site.
15Supplying, fitting and testing 18" dia M.S. pipe heavy duty on suction pipe line from sump to pump house.
16Supply, design, manufacture, assembly, fixing, commissioningand testing of 33 KV, 3 Ph., 50 C/S, 800A, 25KA, Outdoor Type, Porcelain Clad, Vacuum Circuit Breaker for efficient and trouble-free operation as specified hereunder. The Equipment will be used in non effectively neutral grounded System with fault level of 20 KA at highest system voltage of 36 KV, continuous current rating shall be 800 Amp. Maximum temperature attained by any part of the Equipment at specified rating should not exceed the permissible limit as stipulate in the relevant standards. Equipment shall be designed taking 40 0C as maximum ambient temperature.The circuit breakers and their components shall be capable of withstanding the mechanical forces and thermal stresses of the short circuit current of the system without any damage or deterioration of material.The circuit breakers shall have motor wound spring charged trip free mechanism with antipumping feature, and shunt trip. In addition, facility for manual charging of spring, shall be provided along with complete mounting structures, operating mechanism and all associated accessories and auxiliaries. 17Supply, delivery, erection, testing and commissioning of 11KV Outdoor VCB suitable for operation on 11 kV 3 phase, 50 cycle, earthed system with a rupturing capacity of 350 MVA comprising of 630A/25kA/1Sec. 18Supply, irrection, fitting, fixing and test of 33KV& 11KV33/v3/110/v3/110/v3 PT (Core 1:0.5S, Core2:3P) Potential Transformer completed in all respects and shall conform to the modern practice of design and manufacture,shall be cast-resin type with an accuracy class of 0.2 for line metering & 0.5 for bus metering and 3P for protection. PTs shall be of the single-phase type. PTs shall be protected on their primary side by fuse and by MCB (with auxiliary contacts) on the secondary sides. It shall be possible to replace PTs without having to de-energise the main bus bars.PTs shall be provided with disconnected type test links in both secondary leads for carrying out current and phase angle measurement.
19The Current Transformers 33KV 800-400/5-5A CTand 11KV 800-400/5-5A CT shall be suitable for up right mounting on steel structures and shall preferably be suitable for horizontal transportation. Necessary flanges, bolts, clamps fittings etc. for base of CT shall be arranged by the manufacturer to match with standard base structure. Fixing Hole centre to centre distance in ‘X’ & ‘Y’ direction shall be 330 mm. (± 5 mm by slotted holes). The CT shall be complete with all accessories like terminal connectors, weather proof terminal box for secondary connection, lifting lugs, grounding terminals, oil level gauge glass, filling and draining plugs and name plate. The CT shall be oil immersed type provided with Class-A insulation. The design and construction of CTs shall be sufficient to withstand the thermal and mechanical stresses resulting from the specified short circuit currents. The core of the CTs shall be high grade non-ageing, silicon laminated steel of low hysteresis loss and high permeability to ensure high accuracy confirming to IS:3024. The core material used for metering shall be stated in tender.
