Rates are inclusive of small tools & Tackles like Broom, Buckets, Mugs, Duster, Bowl, kudai, belcha, Needle Vibrator, Hand Grinder, Chain Pulley Block & Pulley Rope, Flame Proof Electrical Switch Panel with Cables, Socket and ELCB etc., and no Separate payment shall be made against the supply of these items. The rates are inclusive of PF, ESIC, Bonus @ 8.33%, Gratuity/ Retrenchment benefits of 15 days average wages for every completed year of continuous service or any part thereof in excess of six months, Canteen allowance @ Rs. 15/- Attendance, Washing allowance @ Rs. 15/- Attendance, Transport allowance @ Rs. 10/- Attendance one day leave with wages for every 20 days of work performed by him which can be availed by the workman concerned with prior approval of the concerned contractor/agencies, so that work should not suffer, If the same is not availed, same is to be reimbursed, PMJJBY & PMSBY, Wages Towards 3 (National Holidays) & PPE\"s. Reimbursement of differential amount on account of increase in minimum wages shall be made as mentioned in the Special Condition of Contract (SCC). |

| 10 | Supply and Operation of Plant and Machinery on Hire Basis as per Instruction and Direction of Engineer-in-charge/ Site Engineer. The rate are inclusive of Cost of Lubricating Oil, Diesel / Petrol/ Kerosene oil , all tools and tackles other consumables including Mobilization/ De-mobilization. The Plant and Machinery should have Valid Registration and Fitness Certificate. PUC Certificate and Other Statutory document related to Plant and Machinery shall be available/ renewed by the contractor as and when required. Time to Time Maintenance including any parts or accessories, whenever required to be carried out inside IOCL Premises shall be carried out by the contractor by deployment of technicians and helpers etc., at Contractor\"s Risk. Maintenance of the Plant and Machinery at Service Centre/ Outside IOCL Premises shall be carried out by the Contractor at his own cost. Payment for operating staff will be made seperately. Unit EA means per Item Per Month. |

(In case the thickness required is less/ more than 100mm then rate will be paid proportionately). |
| 16 | Providing and fixing Ceramic Fibre anchor Modules of size 305mm X 305mm and density 170 kg/m3 of approved make and manufacture like Fiberfrax Cerlock of M/s Unifrax /Supercera of M/s Lloyd Insulation India Ltd. or any other equivalent make as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Modules made by compressingceramic fibres double needled blankets of 128 kg/m3)overback up lining of ceramic fibre blanket of density 128 kg/m3. The module shall be provided withSS 304 anchor of requisite grade complete with boltsand sliding arangements. Specially designed anchorsshall be provided for corner modules. On the surface of the module a suitable Zirconia based lowtemperature setting coating shall be provided to enhance velocity resistance and to protect the fibre from chemical attack.
