Bids Are Invited For Boq Total Quantity : 1--Outsourching Outsourching of Services for Site C Pump House & Power House, DG Set and Sewage Pump House with One FGM and one Helper per shift of 08 Hours for 24 hours ( 03 shift) including Sunday and holiday for pumping the water through IR Plant and daily backwashing by operating the sluice valves located at different locations and for pumping the collected sewage from sump to sewage tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Pump House & Sewage Pump House comprising the followings:-(a) DG Sets - 01 Nos (35 KVA)(b) Submersible Pump set 15/20 HP - 02 Nos. (c) IR Filter- 5000 GPH. (d) Chlorine Dozing system (e) Bore well (f) RCC Overhead Tank. (g) LT Panel (h) Non clogging centifugal pumping set with 5 HP Motor - 4 Nos (Sewage Pump House No 1 & 2 at Site C Area). 3 AFSR Outsourching services for site 3 AFSR Pump House, DG Sets Electric motor driven Sewage Pump Set with one FGM and one Helper per shift 08 hours for 16 hours (Two Shift) per day including Sunday and Holiday for pumping water through IR Plant to the users premises including necessary oxidation to IR Plant and daily backwashing by operating the sluice valves located at different locations and for pumping the collected sewage from sump to sewage tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Pump House comprised with the followings:-(a) IRP of capacity 10000 GPH - 02 Nos. (b) Submersible Pump Motor - 02 Nos. c) Borewell - 02 Nos. (d) DG Set Capacity 63 KVA - 01 Nos (e) RCC OH Tanks of Capacity 30000 Gln. (f) OH PS Tank of capacity 10000 Gln. (g) Chlorine Dosing System - 01 Nos. MES Outsourching services for MES Area Pump House, DG Sets with One FGM per shift of 08 Hours for 16 hours (Two shift) including Sunday and Holiday for pumping water through IR Plant to the users premises including necessary oxidation to IR Plant and daily backwashing by operating the sluice valves located at different locations and for pumping the collected sewage from sump to sewage tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Pump House comprised with the followings:-(a) IRP of capacity 10000 GPH - 01 Nos. (b) Submersible Pump Motor - 02 Nos. (c) Borewell - 02 Nos. (d) RCC OH tank 25000 Gln Capacity. (e) DG Set Capacity 82.50 KVA - 01 Nos (f) DG Set Capacity 63 KVA - 01 Nos. NKP Outsourching services for Kahikuchi, NKP to attend any type electrical complaint regarding External/Internal Services with One Electrician (Skilled) and One Helper per shift of 08 hours for 16 Hours (02 Shift) excluding Sunday and Holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Site -in- Charge shall decided to allocate duty of trademen and as required base to duty perform by shift duty as per requirement. Note: (a) If Sunday and Holiday the presence of Electrician and Helper required it will be intimated separetely and the payment should be made additionally. Supply Supply & replacement only expulsion fuse 25 to 50 Amps, single pole,11000 V conforms to IS -5792/1970 complete all as specified and directed. Make-Jaipuria / EADC Replacement Supply & replacement only lube oil of SAE 20W40 all as specified and directed. Make- Castrol / BP Sup & Replacement Supply & replacement only leather gasket 4 to 6 mm thick, 1 x 1 mtr size all as specified and directed Graphite Supply & replacement only asbestos graphite type gland packing of existing dia all as specified and directed. Make-Rinki Nut Supply & replacement only nut, bolt and washer incl taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed ACSR Supply & replacement of overhead ACSR jumpers weasel type, 11KV and transformer leads for outdoor / indoor transformer at Pump House-II area in different length as required at site incl. provision of end lugs, nut, bolt and washer of suitable sizes for fixing /connections incl. taking down old unsv/ corroded one complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Nut, Bolt & Washer will be measured and paid Separately PVC PVC Insulation tape. ( Confirms to IS : 7809 ) Size 1.8 cm X 6.5 m X 0.12 mm Make-Steelgrip/ Anchor Coolant Supply and Replacement only Coolant as recommonded by Cummins/Mahindra/KOEL or as specified and directed.
