Providing laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate(size range 53mm to 0.75mm)to wet mix macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site for all leads andlifts ,laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base/base courses and well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density incl. surface corrections complete as per IRC specification.(75mm thick)

Providing and applying Tack/primer coat using hot straight run bitumen of with bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen with spraying the bitumen mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt dust mud etc and finally brooming on BT Surface @0.50Kg/Sqm

Providing , laying and rolling of 25mm thick compacted semidense bituminous concrete surfacing composed of aggregate of specified grade with bituminous binder 5% ( Five percent) of mix and filler by weight mixing in suitable Hot mix plant, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to required grades levels and alignment , to achieve the desired compaction confirming to MOST specificationincluding surface corrections to the extent of 3% carriage of materials, loading , unloading upto 25Kms incl. all taxes involved on account of labour and material including cost of bitumen.
