(b) T&P as required for the work shall be organised by the contractor under their own arrangement. (c) For any default/delay in the work, penal recovery shall be effected from payments due to the contractor in terms of PS clause. (d) Labour/workmen engaged by the contractor shall take all requisite preventive safety measures and adequate precautions to avoid any health hazard and the department shall not be responsible any eventualities in this regard. |
