Fees payable to Agency “Fare Collection Cost per Kilometre” or “CPK” (the “Bid Criteria”) *One Single Rate with Includes Following A to D

(A) Employees Stae Insurance Act. 1948 shall be applicable for ESI contirbution to Agency\"s Personnel (B) Agency will be fully liable to extend benefits to agency personnel of EPF as per EPF ACT 1952. The PF contribution by Employer shall be as per the prov isions of EPF Act 1952.(C). Permanent (full and partial) and Temporary (full and partial) disability covered as per Workmen’s Compensation Act 1923 or any amendment to it. (D) The Management Fee and Overheads shall include the following:a. Cost of Third Party Verification;b. Necessary insurance cover for Personnel/losses in terms of good industrypractices;c. Supervisors required for management of FCS Personnel. Minimum number ofsupervisors shall be as follows:i. Upto 25 Buses: 1 supervisorii. Upto 50 Buses: 2 supervisorsiii. For each additional 25 Buses: 1 additional supervisord. Uniform for the Personnel;e. All other overheads costs, management fees, profits etc.;f. Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972;g. Any overtime liable to be paid to FCPs on account of duty hours more than 48 hours in a week according to provision of Motor Transport Workers Act, 1961and Payment of Wages Act, 1936 and other relevant laws of the land.
