M&L for preparation and painting of lines, dashes, arrows and letters etc on old painted concrete surfaces of Runway/Airfield pavements exceeding 10 cm width with road marking paint with one coat of Aqua Water based any colour (proportion as per manufacturer\"s instruction) marking edges of paint straight in line by road marking machinery all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The approximate quantity of paint work shall be carried out in the selected stretches of the runway, shall be painted as many times all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. However each time painting shall be measured and paid seperately under this item only.

M&L for removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girthand painting of lines, dashes, arrows and letters etcexceeding 10 cm width with road marking paint with two coats of oil based any colour over a coat of primer (proportion as per manufacturer\"s instruction) marking edges of paint straight in line by manual/ road marking machinery all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: The approximate quantity of paint work shall be carried out in the selected stretches of the runway, shall be painted as many times all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. However each time painting shall be measured and paid seperately under this item only.

M&L for preparation of old concrete pavement/wall surfaces of any description and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Grass cutting on shoulder of the Runway Taxi track, over run areas and adjacent areas as necessary including cleaning away all grass, vegetation and uprooting of saplings, shrubs, bush,weeds , roots includingmaking good in distrubed area and removing rubbish etc complete to a distance exc 1.5 KM and n exc 5.0 KM from the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: The grass,plants,shrubs,vegetation and bushes shall not be allowed to grow more than 150 mm from the ground level at any time.Cutting and trimming work shall has to be carried out using petrol driven grass cutting machines or with manual labour equipped with tools as directed by Engineer -in-Chaege

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/loose soil Removing of excavated soil to a distance exc 1.5 KM and n exc 5.0 KM from the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L forfor Mechanaized cleaning of vegetation and grass (upto height 3\") around the runway , Taxi track & Link roads of Runway and other areas within Airforce Academy Hyderabad ) by Providing 01 NO. Tractor (capacity not less than 35.0 HP and not older than 2014 vintage) with \"D\"type jungle jim having steel chain and bullet gear box and also including 01 No. driver cum operator , necessary fuel/ Oil & Lubricant etc. all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
