Including surface preparation like scraping & rubbing the old white washed surface properly, scraping after laying the plastic sheet,filling the uneven surface by plaster of Paris & white cement to make the surface even, final coat shall be applied by brush only,plastic sheet, all tools & tackles, ladders, wire rope etc. All the application work to be done by following the procedure specified by the manufacturer and explains practically during the execution of the work etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge. 2 Providing and applying exterior grade acrylic paint on walls, ceilings, beams etc. at all heights with two or more coats of Approved make & shade (e. g. Berger, Nerolac, Asian etc.) Including surface preparation like scraping & rubbing the old loose paint,laying the plastic sheet, filling the patches by plaster of Paris & white cement to make the surface even, all tools & tackles, ladders, wire rope etc. All the application work to be done by following the procedure specified by the manufacturer and explains practically during the execution of the work etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge. 3 Providing and applying 2 to 3 coats of oil bound distember of approved make and shade on new / old surface to give an even shade including applying two or more one coat of Birla / JK white cement base putty after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth etc. complete as directed for all heights. 4 Providing and applying of approved shade & make like Asian/Berger/Nerolac Plastic emulsion paint at all height on plastered and white washed surface, with two or more coats of paint applied by brush and final coat applied by roller. Including Providing of BIRLA / JK white cement based putty in two coats for preparation of surface for painting like cleaning, rubbing, scraping after laying the plastic sheet, all tools & tackles, ladders, wire rope etc. All the application work to be done by following the procedure specified by the manufacturer and explains practically during the execution of the work etc. complete as directed. 5 Providing and applying of approved shade & make like Asian/Berger/Nerolac Luster paint at all height on plastered and white washed surface, with two or more coats of paint applied by brush and final coat applied by roller. Including Providing of primer & putty (Birla / J K white cement based putty) in two coats for preparation of surface for painting like cleaning, rubbing, scraping after laying the plastic sheet, scafolding, all tools & tackles, ladders, wire rope etc. All the application work to be done by following the procedure specified by the manufacturer and explains practically during the execution of the work etc. complete as directed.6 Providing and applying of approved shade & make like Asian/Berger/Nerolac synthetic enamel paints at all heights on new / old work, on wooden surface, Plaster surface, MS structures, Pipes, MS supports, with two or more coats of paint applied by brush including the preparation of surface for painting applied by brush, providing & applying wood primer/Red oxide, putty wherever required in two coats for preparation of surface for painting like cleaning, rubbing, scraping after laying the plastic sheet, scafolding, all tools & tackles, ladders, wire rope etc. complete as directed. 6.a Do as above but Rmt. 7 Do as above item No-6 but applied spray paint using compressor machine. 7.a Do as above item No-7 but Rmt. 8 Providing and applying Bergerthane PU Glossy Finish which gives the extremely tough and abrasion resistant finish and also increase the Life of the structure and also Epilux 610 primer which is specially use in the steel structure to increase the performance in highly corrosive chemical and temperature. of approved make like Berger / Asian / Nerolac or equivalent at all height on MS structure, pipes with 1st coat of anti corrosive primer and 2nd and 3rd coat of polyurethane aliphatic paint applied by brush. including preparation of surface for painting like cleaning, rubbing, scraping after laying the plastic sheet, all tools & tackles, ladders, wire rope etc. All the application wotk to be done by following the procedure specified by the menufacturer and explains parctically during the execution of the work etc. complete as directed. 8.a Do as above item No-8 but Rmt. 9 Providing and applying good quality approved make transparent epoxy clear coating on exterior painted wall / stone cladding etc. complete as directed. 10 Providing and applying French polish of approved make like “Teralac, Asian or ICI on furniture including all necessary surface preparation, like rubbing the furniture surface till surface become smooth, applying powder to match the required shade (natural), applying French polish layer, rubbing the polished surface for smoothness & even layer of polishing, filling the patch by putty, scraping the same, again applying the powder layer & polish layer then applying two or more coats of French polish layer etc. complete as directed. (Work to be done as per approved sample.) 10.a Do as above item No-10 but Rft. 11 Providing & applying Laker polish of approved make like “Teralac, Asian or ICI on furniture including all necessary surface preparation, like rubbing the furniture surface till surface become smooth, applying powder to match the required shade (natural), applying Laker layer, rubbing the polished surface for smoothness & even layer of polishing, filling the patch by putty, scraping the same, again applying the powder layer & polish layer then applying two coats of Laker layer etc. complete as directed. 11.a Do as above item No-11 but Rft.12 Providing and applying melamine polish of approved make like “Teralac, Asian or ICI on furniture including all necessary surface preparation, like rubbing the furniture surface till surface become smooth, applying powder to match the required shade (natural), applying melamine layer, rubbing the polished surface for smoothness & even layer of polishing, filling the patch by putty, scraping the same, again applying the powder layer & polish layer then applying two coats of melamine layer by machine etc. complete as directed. 12.a Do as above item No-12 but Rft. 13 Supply of Skilled Painter 14 Supply of semi-skilled painter / helper
