NAME OF WORK :Provision of 02 Nos. Servo Voltage Stabilizer of capacity 300 KVA at Rupa and Upper Birpur Water Supply Installation under GE 859 EWS.

1Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 300 KVA (conforming as per BIS : 9815 Part-I, 1994 reaffirmed 2009) for automatic operation, three phase, 50 Hz, naturally oil cooled, copper wound, unbalanced type, digital display, smooth and silent operation complete with short circuit, high/low voltage cut off, single phase and phase sequence change and earth protection including bypass arrangement complete all as specified with first filling of transformer oil (IS-335:1993 reaffirmed 2005) as per direction of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge including following specifications-:(a) Input voltage 300V-480V or as per actual ground requirement.(b) Output voltage stabilized at any designed/desired voltage 415+ 1% (Adjustable).(c) No distortion in wave form.(d)Response time not to be exceed 10 milli seconds.(e) Sensivity + 1% .(f) Rate/speed of correction 8 volts/second. (g) No load losses less than 0.5%. (h) Full load losses less than 2.5%. (j) Duty cycle - contineous 24/7 (k) Efficiency more than 95% (l) Necessary earth work as per site requirement. Make - APLAB/AE/VOLINA/ANDREWYULE.
2Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit nbot less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below notmal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm upto test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1,precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 25mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI wire protection pipe 50mm bore up to main board completew as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete ass as specified and testing on completion complete ass as specified and directed. Note - The units rate including the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 25mm GI pipe (light grade) for watering 50mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.
3Supply, laying, fixing or passing through pipe testing and commissioning of 1100 volts grade, PVC sheathed un-armoured cable LT, XLPE insulated copper conductorand overall PVC sheathed of size 150 Sqmmnominal cross sectional area single core including copper cable lugs as per site requirement conforming to IS specification all as directed. Make - Havells/Finolex/Polycab.
4Supply, laying, fixing or passing through pipe testing and commissioning of 1100 volts grade, PVC sheathed un-armoured cable LT, XLPE insulated copper conductorand overall PVC sheathed of size 120 Sqmmnominal cross sectional area single core including copper cable lugs as per site requirement conforming to IS specification all as directe. Make - Havells/Finolex/Polycab.
5Supply, laying, fixing Double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 63mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colout with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.
