Cost of MS material, bearing, bearing housing, bearing socket etc and including charges of T&P, Labour, scaffloding etc as per direction and satisfaction of E.I.C 46 Material testing on CS grade 27-54 of IS 1030 and forged steel C-45, IS-1570 of randomly selected sample form govt./ govt. approved lab. 47 Servicing & overhauling the hoisting gear boxes i.e. central & end g/boxes and its components of the Barrage/Dam gates by cleaning, greasing/ lubricating etc. including replacing the damaged nuts and bolts, gaskets, oil seal etc of the gear box as necessary including all cost of labour, hire charge of T & P, grease, gasket, oilseal etc. to complete the job as per direction of E.I.C 48 Servicing & overhauling of the load roller and guide roller assembly of the barrage/dam gate after openning and taking out the same by mechanical means and or gas cutting as necesary without damaging the gate structural components inclusive of all cost of gas cutting charges, scaffilding charges, hire charges of T & P, cost of labour, grease, new nuts & bolts etc by cleaning, checking, greasing, lubricating as necessary and fitting fixing of wheel/rollers assembly in proper position to complete the whole work as per direction of E.I. 49 Servicing & overhauling of the trunion pin assembly of the radial gate after openning and taking out the same by mechanical means and or gas cutting as necesary without damaging the gate structural components inclusive of all cost of gas cutting charges, scaffilding charges, hire charges of T & P, cost of labour, grease, new nuts & bolts etc by cleaning, checking, greasing, lubricating as necessary and fitting fixing of wheel/rollers assembly in proper position to complete the whole work as per direction of E.I.C. 1 50 Cost for arranging the saftey precaution by holding & handling the Barrage/dam gate & its counter weight by special arrangement with the help of chain pulley and heavey scaffolding etc. as per requirement of awkward site condition, for dismantling the damaged portions of skin plate, stiffener, T-section of gate by gas cutting & rivet cutting and repairing the same in complete. The cost includes all cost of man power, hire charges of T&P, Scaffolding etc. to complete the job at site including maintain proper alignment of gate shutter as per direction of E.I.C. 1 51 Cost for dismantling damaged portion of skin plate/girder/stiffner of barrage/dam gates and supply of new MS material (IS2062) and fabrication at site with M.S plate(10/8mm thick), ISA, Tsection, ISMC etc to complete the job as per direction of E.I.C. The cost also includes cutting, bending, straightening, welding, machining, drilling, grinding, finishing etc and also hire charges of T&P, labour and carriage of new material to site etc to complete in all respect upto the satisfaction of E.I.C. 1 52 Cost for dismantling damaged portion of skin plate/girder/stiffner of h/r gates and supply of new MS material (IS2062) and fabrication at site with M.S plate(10/8mm thick), ISA, T-section, ISMC etc to complete the job as per direction of E.I.C. The cost also includes cutting, bending, straightening, welding, machining, drilling, grinding, finishing etc and also hire charges of T&P, labour and carriage of new material to site etc to complete in all respect upto the satisfaction of E.I.C. 1 53 Supply & fixing of hoisting pedestal block fabricated with MS material : Base plate 600mmx600mmx20mm thick, ISA110x110x12mm, ISMC(200x75), ISA75x75x8, GI nut, bolt with washer of 20mm dia & length 100mm as per directoin of EIC. 1etc
