5	Fillet welding - Carbon Steel (Using E-6013 Electrode)The job includes flushing, preparing work area for executing hot work, grinding, fillet welding on plate surfaces using E 6013 electrodes at all grades & elevations.The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, machineries, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects as per EIC instructions.
6	Fillet welding - Carbon Steel - 5 to 6 mm thickness using E 6013 electrodes.
7	Fillet welding - Carbon Steel - 8 mm thickness using E 6013 electrodes.
8	Supply and Application of Ceramic coating
9	Supply and Application of Ceramic coating (Loctite Nordbak Brushable Ceramic Gray or Titanium Putty / Equivalent Grade) of 500 Microns Minimum (Including preparation of tube sheet surfaces by Grit blasting confriming to Sa 2.5 quality) ontube sheets of the Cooler as per the enclosed scope of work and other Attachments.Note: The rate quoted shall include the mobilisation of Grit blast machine with mobile air compressors and accessories to carryout the job simultaneously at two locations.List of Ceramic Coating Brands: Shailnick, Loctite, Duromar & Belzona make.
10	Supply and application ofinternalPaintingofExchanger components as perCPCL Painting system - XXVII.For certain heat Exchangers,components ( interior surfaces of channel head, channel cover, channel part partition plate & floating head)are to be painted as mentioned in the work package. After obtaining clearance, these components to be shifted to the designated place for Grit blasting and painting as per the system indicated.The job also includes supply of Necessary grits and grid blasting machines and mobile air compressors are in contractors scope. Safety precautions to be taken before grit blasting Supply of necessary painting material from CPCL approved vendors.
11	Supply and application of internal painting as per enclosed CPCL Painting specification XXVII with surface prepation by metal grit blasting for Exchanger componentsinternal surface.Paint application by air less spray. Necessary hopper and compressor and accesories to carryout the jobs is in contractor scope.
