| 15 | Payment terms – 45 days from delivery of the materials with proper document. |
| 16 | Immediate commencement with 48 hrs notice for deploying vehicle. |
| 17 | Rate should be quoted per TRIP basis. The rate should be inclusive of all but exclusive of GST as per Rule. |
| 18 | The invoice raised by the transporter for the transport carried out in a particular month should reach BBJ-Head Office within 5th of the next month e.g. invoice for transport in Dec-19 must reach BBJ-Head Office, Kolkata by 5th Jan-20 |
| 19 | Payment towards excess loading beyond 22 MT for Trailer and 16 MT for Truck shall be treated on Pro-rata basis except Sl. No.2.01 |
