Raw Material For Machining Of Items In Sl. No. 1-35 In Annexure-01 To Be Procured By Vendor. 2. Raw Material For Machining Of 3 Sets Of Items In Sl. No. 36-77 In Annexure-01 Will Be Supplied By Cdac. 3. Price Quoted Should Include Cost For Chromate Conversion ( Cc ) Coating Of Items In Sl. No. 1-19 In Annexure-01 As Mentioned In The Drawings. 4. These Items Require High Dimensional Accuracy And Have Matching Components. So Machining To Be Carried Out In Cnc Lathe & Milling Machines. Vendor Has To Give Details Of Cnc Machines Available With Them Along With The Quote. Order Will Be Placed Only On Firms With These Facilities. 5. Vendor Has To Supply Cmm Inspection Report Of The Components. 6. The Drawings Are For Quotation Purpose Only. Final Drawings With Minor Corrections If Any Would Be Given Along With The Po. 7. The Supplier Has To Compensate The Material Cost To Cdac If Any Damage Occurs To Cdac Supplied Materials During Machining. 8. Cdac Will Be The Sole Authority To Accept / Reject The Items After Inspection 9. Price Quoted Should Include Charges For Delivery At Cdac, Tvm
