| 5 | Supplying and erection of 1200 mm (appx.) highselfsupporting modular tile basedpartitions as per layout indicated on drawing nos. 9810 0 0986019, 9810 0 096116 & 981000986310. The frame work of the partitions shall be made out of MS(CRCA) / aluminium extruded section of standard guage and with approved powder coated finish and shall have a minimum width of 62 mm measured outer- to- outer of double walled MDF panels. The vertical frames of the partitions shall be spaced at 600 mm to 750 mm intervals as per requirement and all exposed surfaces of partitions shall be provided with aluminium/MS(CRCA) trim plates.Provisions shall be made in the horizontal (2 slots) and vertical (4 slots) frame work for taking electrical and communication cables / wires and for supporting table tops of work stations wherever required. The double walled panels of the partitions below and above table top shall be made out of exterior grade MDF board of minimum thickness of 8 mm with min 0.55 mm post lamination on front surface and 0.5 mm thick balancing lamination on backside. The exposed edges shall be finished with edge binding tape of approved colour and shade (overall thickness shall not be less than 0.5 mm). Raceways including MS(CRCA) / aluminium extruded cover plate of standard gauge shall be provided though outat skirting level and also for a length of 900 mm above and below table top level at the specified location as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Thickness of partition shall accommodate for housing MS switch boxes of 50 mm thickness inside the partition. Necessary arrangements shall be provided in the raceways for fixing switches, sockets and communication accessories as required. Provision shall be made inthe frame work of partitions for facilitating extension in both horizontal and vertical directions. Pinup board of minimum size 600 x 450 mm made of 0.8 mm thick MDF board with suitable and approved fabric and suitable lamination for marker board of size 600 x 450 mm shall be provided in one panel of modular partition on the inner surface of every AGM TABLE, SR.DGM/DGM TABLE, MANAGER TABLE, DY.MANAGER WORKSTATION AND EXECUTIVE WORK STATION. Each AGM TABLE, SR.DGM/DGM TABLE, MANAGER TABLE, DY.MANAGER WORKSTATION AND EXECUTIVE WORK STATION shall be provided and fixed with the one no. 600 mm long powder coated MS/Alu accessory rail for each work station. Each work station shall be provided with the name plate made out of powder coated MS Sheet with the sliding arrangement in accesory rail with the provision to insert printed name plate with lock guides above top level. One number powder MS CPU trolley of 1.5mm (min) thickness with the four castors rested on floor and also mounted on modular partition below table top level of matching shade and approved design shall be provided for each work station/table and counters (Note: Rate to be quoted shall be for the complete finished work including all materials and fixing, excluding table tops, switches and sockets. Area of partition as seen in elevation will be measured for payment). Cutout details for electrical switch boards, data & telephone jacks shall be provided at site and cutouts to be done at site. |
