Constr of prefabricated RHS shelter of size 10.00 M x 6.00M and 2.80 M clear height upto false ceiling with columns, trusses, purlins, runners The roof shall be made of factory made PUF panel using two numbers of 0.63 mm thick zinc plated pre coated GI sheet (PUF) of camouflage pattern .The roof shall be in slope 1:4. The roof sheet shall be of 0.63 mm thick with 120 gm/Sqm zinc plating on plain sheet bonded with 40mm thick polyurethane core having bulk density 44 Kg/Cum ±10%. The sheet and polyurethane core shall be bonded together with poly vinyl acetate based bonding material conforming to IS 4835:1979 applied uniformly and fully on one side of the expended polyurethane to ensure proper bonding of the panel. The bottom pre-coated pre coloured (ivory/white) of the panel shall be plain. However, the top roof sheet shall be made of camouflage pattern pre coated profile sheet including one corrugation projection on one side for overlap on adjacent panel.
