Based on design and engineering, consultant will prepare detailed cost estimation of all facilities for township complete as per tender provisions.For Phase - 1 Construction:Consultant shall provide following services for Phase - 1 Construction to be finalized as detailed in tender which shall include but not limited to:1.Preparation of technical part of tender document, tender drawings, payment terms, scope of work, etc. required for lining up of execution agency for Phase - 1 Construction. (Invitation of tenders and subsequent bid evaluation will be carried out by owner.)2.Consultant will be providing design details and working drawings for Phase - 1 Construction.3.After Completion of Phase - 1 Site works, Consultant will prepare and submit final Close out Report.Total Quantity Shown in SOR/BOQ for this item is 100%, where 100% signifies the total job under this header to be performed in accordance with tender terms & Condition/Contract.Progressive payment to be made under this work service line against actual progress achieved as per percentage specified on payment terms described within the tender document. |
