To perform under term contract such services and execute such works on the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the \"MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I, (specifications) andStandard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II (Rates) together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid Standard Schedule of Rates during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of RatesNotes:-(i) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the 4th row and \"F\" column of the BOQ Excel sheet.(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) available at the 4th row and \"E\" column of this BOQ Excel Sheet to quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of Rates.(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidance and for reference only.Similarly, the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only.The acceptence of contractors offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES Standard Schedule of Rates.(iv) Contractor\"s special attention is invited to condition \"4(A) WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT APPLICABLE ON TO TERM CONTRACTS\" and condition \"56 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS)\" of General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)\".The provisions of these conditions of General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)\" are strictly followed.(v) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works/services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extant irrespective of the amount worked out/mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works /services alt the rates contained in MES Standared Schedule of Rates Part-II duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done/work done
