To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms & conditions contained in or referred to in the Schedule \"A\", MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR)-2009 (Part-I)-Specifications & MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR)-2020 (Part-II)-Rates, General Conditions of Contracts IAFW-2249, 1989 Print) along with the ammendments and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule for the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule at the percentage quoted. Applicability of the SSR shall be as under :- (a)MES SSR Part - I, 2009 (Specifications) together with the amendment No.1 to 3 (b) MES SSR Part - II, 2020 (Rates)

Notes:-(i) Tenderer shall refer and select LESS (-) OR EXCESS (+) OPTION to quote the percentage below or above the MES SSR_2020 (Part-II)-Rates.(ii) The contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places in this BOQ template.(iii) The less/Excess percentage inserted by the contractor shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations/amount generated by the system elsewhere in this BOQ. (vi) Being Term Contract Seperate orders as per requirement of work will be ordered. The work order is to be priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted the percentage quoted by the contractor.
