Excavation in foundation soil (Loam clayor sand)including left up to 1:50M (5FT) and lead up to 30M (100FT) & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in-charge up to a distance of 30M (100FT) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:5:10 cement, fine sand and brick aggregate 40MM nominal size and curring complete including cost of from work in foundation and floor.

Class M-150 brick work 1:4 cement & coarse sand of 2.25 FM mortor in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Local sand filling in plinth under floor including supply of necessary quantity of sand, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as rein-forced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not wrought to include in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of its wastage bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured (excluding cost ofreinforcement)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4”) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in raft foundation & footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending the same with 24BWG including wire and necessary centering and shuttering and also including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150

Dismantling of RCC work in machine foundation and disposal of malwa as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Dismantling of brick on edge pavement including stacking of materials as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

First class brick on edge floor laid dry joints sand filled including preparation of base to proper slopes and its ramming and including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.

Carted earth filling in plinth and floor including all labour T&P and also including all cartage with complete work.
