6Supply and erecting, in truly vertical position Steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate finial tapper plug, bolts nuts and screws and specified type 410 SP-55 (11 mtr long) in truly vertical position 1.83m length of pole above ground level shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in strips of 30 cm width, black and yellow alternatively and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on rest part of pole and its connected parts, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately)

11Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing inverter backup and heat resistant complete with electronic driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. 22Design, Supply, Install, Commissioning and testing of Automatic Voltage Regulation (HT Stabilizer) operation on three phase, naturally oil cooled (ONAN) copper wound , outdoor type and designed for input variation between 6 KV to 12 KV with output voltage stabilizer at 11 KV with accuracy +/- 1% and of capacity 600 KVA, 50 Hz, suitable for balanced supply , unbalanced load & efficiency more than 99%.Make- Andrew Yule, Automatic Electric, ABB & AREVA, Indian Transformer and Electricals pvt ltd Gurgaon.The unit consists of : (a) Copper wound Step down Transformer double wound Star/Delta connected. (b) On Load stepless rolling contact type regulator Auto wound Delta connected . (c) Booster Transformer double copper wound open connected. (d) Automatic control gear consists of (i) one electronic voltage relay (ii) One reversing geared motor unit. (iii) Two limit switches in order to avoid over running highest and lowest position chain drive coupling devices and all electrical connections.(Regular part ) Item (b) & (d) above- shall be housed in a separate tank and shall have the following fitting - (a) Lifiting lugs (b) Earthing termainls (c) Rating plate (d) Filter value top & bottom (e) Oil fitting hole (f) Thermometer pocket (g) Silcagel dehydrating breather (h) Oil level gauge (j) Voltmeter with selector switch for measuring output voltage.
23Terminals : (i) Bare Bushing for both input & outpur(ii) Aux connection suitable for 1.1KV grade PVC cable.Central Consturctional Features : The unit shall have three distinct features as uner :- 1.Hand Control.2. Motor contral3. Automatic control.Hand Control : Hand Wheel will be located on the front of the regulator tank at convenient oprative height. Motor Control : Raise/Lower push button control by means of small single phase reversible geared motor of the permanent capacitor type shall be provided. The limit switches shall be provided to restrict the travel at extreme position. With this arragement it wound also be possible to privide remote control of the Regulating Unit. The reversible geared motor wound of STEP-SYN type. Automatic Control : For automatic correction of fluctuating supply voltage, provide Electronic relay which will sense the output voltage and provide signal to the driving motor for necessary corrections. Fittings & Accessories :- As per annexure attached.
24Note : (a) Commissioning /first time energizating of the products in the presence of supplied by manufacture (OEM). The cost per man/day to & fro fare local converyance, lodging & boarding expenses will be charged by Contractor. (b) Both the tank shall be supplied with first filling of transformer oil conforming to IS-335 (latest addition) and other std fittings. (c) The pre-inspection of equipment at factory by the rep of accepting officer.The fare of to & fro, local conveyance, lodging & boarding expenses will be borne by Contractor.(Transformer Parts) Items (a) & (c) above shall be housed in a sheet steel tank fitted with radiators and mounted on unidirectional rollers and shall have the following fittings :- (a) Lifting lugs (b) Earthing terminals (c) Rataing plate (d) Filter value top & bottom (e) Oil fitting hole (f) Thermometer pocket (j) Dial type oil temprature indicator with alarm and contacts(k) Explosion vent (l) Bochhoz relay with alarm and trip contracts (m) Air release plug.
25Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of powder coated factory made panel board outdoor type double door confirming to IP 52 or better protection, of suitable size made of Robust steel sheet construction made from min 3.15 mm steel sheet with countersunk holes at bottom for base mounting brackets and sheet steel gland plates for cable entry, formed gasket around doors, with provision of lock inserts, earthing straps, wiring plan pockets, door stay, fan and filter units, heaters and grouted in ground by using angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm, PCC (1:2:4) type C-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate. Al bus bar system of size 25 x 4 mm, duly colour coded. The panel will be prewired with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable, multistranded housed, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with the following accessories :- (i)MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts of capacity 100 amps thermal magnetic release adjustable type of breaking capacity 16 KA-01 No (incoming). (ii)MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts of capacity 63 amps thermal magnetic release adjustable type of breaking capacity 16 KA-02 Nos (outgoing). (iii)Onload change over switch 4 pole 100 amps -01 No for outgoing. (iv)MCB SPN 40 amps rating 10 KA-02 Nos (outgoing). (v)Voltmeter digital type, three phase 0-500 volts with inbuilt selector switch-01 No. (vi)Amp meter digital type, 0-200 amps with selector switch and CTs of sutable ratio-01 No. (vii)Indicator lamps LED type (RYB) : 01 Set. SF6 insulated, One side extensible, outdoor duty 4 way Ring main unit with Bus metering Module fully motorized in combination of 4 nos. VCB module, consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated 304 (Non-Ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness3.15 mm with manometer fixed, with series trip, self-powered microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.)in each VCB feeder. Suitable CT for Protection to be provided with each VCB Feeder.The Breaker shall have mechanical ON /OFF indicator with hand trip device and spring charging, spring release coil, auxiliary switch of 2 NO +2NC. Single phase cast resin potential transformer ratio 11kV/110V, 50VA, accuracy class 0.5. - 1 No. Trivectormeter of Class 0.5 Accuracy (Make: Schnieder / L&T/Conzerv / Secure / ABB / Siemens) with each VCB. - 1 No. Auxiliary Transformer of 250 VA, 11KV/230V for local power supply for battery charging, lights etc. - 1 Set of Battery and Charger set (2X12V DC) for motorized operation. -Right angle boots for all the feeder Modules.
