Bids Are Invited For Boq Total Quantity : 1 Soil Investigation of Demolition of re-construction of Operational Readiness Room runway-05 end (Bldg No P/47) at AF Stn Bhuj.Soil investigation by Augur boring method to carryout bore holes with 125 mm dia shell and augur equipment in all sort of soil max 10.00 mtr depth, collection of disturbed, undisturbed samples in 75mm dia thin wall tube sample from bore holes (Total 01 bore holes one at each location) and counducting suitable leboratry tests as mention below :-(a) Physical properties:- (i) Field dry density (ii) Field moisture content (iii) Specific gravity (iv) Particle size analysis (v) Atterbergs/consistency limit(b) Swelling properties :- (i) Free swell index (ii) Swell pressure test (FMC/OMC/Zero moisture).Note :- The soil investigation report should give the following recommendations for each category of building prposed to be constructed under particular projects in two additional tests.(c) Type of foundation ie isolated footing, raft foundation, pile foundation etc.(d) Safe bearing capacity at 1 mtr, 125 mtr, 1.5 mtr, 1.75 mtr, 2 mtr and 2.5 mtr, 3 mtr and 4.5 mtr.
