| 7 | Dismantling of Old 700mm dia Sluice valve, MS Pipe, from the existing system on Suction side by cutting old, jammed nut bolts with help of gas cutters and heavy manual labour and taking out all the parts from the line to the platform with EOT Crane using all safety precautions to avoid any accident at site. The job also includes taking out all the specified dismantled items down from the pump house and shifting them up to the area by Engineer-in- charge. |
| 8 | Installation of New Knife Gate Valve, Gap piece of 700mm dia with new nut bolts, rubber packing in existing suction line after cleaning the surface and flanges of KGV and scrapper and emery paper. The job also includes taking down all the parts as mentioned from above the pump house by EOT Crane and manual labour and installing them at their respective position. |
| 9 | Transport charges of material, tool & tackle at site. |
| 10 | Complete Painting charges of pipe as per direction of engineer in charge. |
| 11 | Testing and commissioning of line on pressure for any leakage after running of pump on full load and making good of any leakage or problem if any. |
