| 1 | Design, Drawing and Restoration of complete Overhead Tank Slab at Admn. Block Terrace (on Bank Side) and allied works on turnkey basis all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. The scope of work includes the following:1 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within NSUT Campus as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.2 Cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. work etc.3 Scrapping, cleaning and straightening reinforcement from R.C.C. work.4 Dismantling steel work in built up sections and re-erection after necessary modifications including cutting, welding, hoisting, fixing in position etc. as per the actual site requirements all complete.5 Site inspection by qualified structural consultant and preparation of design/drawing and submission of the same to Engineer-in-charge for approval.6 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)7 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.8 The surface of exposed existing bars shall be cleaned by using wire brush and applying chemical coating that removes rust and prevents further rusting of steel structures.9 Fixing of NRV packer of size 100mm and drilling the surface upto 2/3rd the depth of column and injecting the same with Epoxy grout.10 Apply the coat of anti corrosive zinc rich primer or its equivalent with a coat of corrosion inhibitor on the surface of expose reinforcement bar to safe guard against further corrosion activity.11 Bonding Agent: Providing and laying SBR based bonding agent over the properly cleaned and hacked concrete surface.12 Mortar REP: Providing, mixing and applying Polymer Modified Mortar to the slab, columns, beams and other areas as required.13 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Suspended floors, beams, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform14 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars15 Reinforced cement concrete work in slabs/beams, including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level:1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)16 Plastering/painting etc. as per the site requirements all complete.17 Site visit by approved structural Consultant after the completion of work and issue of structural safety certificate to Engineer-in-charge.18 All other allied works as per the site requirements all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. |
