| 1 | Upgradation,Capacity enhancement of existing 3.54 MLD STP at Chandpur Sunder Nagar, presently working on extended aeration technology, to 4.50 MLD, by way of retrofitting the existing infrastructure on the basis of MBBR technology followed by teritiary treatment including design, construction, site development, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials. The work shall include construction of all necessary civil structures (with use of existing units including necessary repais of clarifier and other units) like R.C.C inlet chambers, coarse screen channel (mechanical). Grit chambers, intermediate sewage holding chambers. Equalizatioin tanks, anoxic tanks, tube settlers, Volute Press Machine, DWPE dosing tank, DMF and Disinfection system house etc, including all primary and secondary treatment units, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical works in limited identified land space as per the requirment of designed CPHEEO norms, relevant IS codes etc. with use of existing units & necessary piping work with required valves, gates, drains, internal roads, path ways, compound wall, tools and plants, treated effluent arrangements complete as turn key job with all requisit civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical works as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical components complete to achieve latest CPCB/HPPCB/CPHEEO dischage standards BOD<10ppm, TSS<10ppm, biological TN<10ppm, and PO4<2ppm, to get the recyclable quality of water for industrial/agricultrual purposes. The coagulant system shall be provided as an optional/backup. Disinfection system by UV disinfection/Gaseous chlorination shall be provided. All STP units shall be interconnected. Sewage Treatment Plant shall be equipped with DG set of required capacity and with SCADA system and PLC System to ensure the online monitoring of all the units and outlet monitoring. Existing Laboratory shall be strengthened by providing equipments/Instruments as per CPHEEO and NABL norms.All units shall be provided with suitable R.C.C. overhead walkways at the STP component as per scope and confirming norms as mentioned above. This also includes Operation and Maintenace of existing Sewage Treatment Plant and Plant after proposed retrofitting by the way of MBBR Technology.The Contractor/Firm shall be responsible for operating and maintainingthe plant properly as per CPHEEO manual on operation and maintenance of Sewerage and Sewage Treatment Systemfor achieving the desired results as per CPCB during the execution of the upgradation work. The Contractor shall operate, maintain and repair the entire Plant & associated Civil, Electrical and Mechanical components/works including cost of chemicals/Poly-electrolytes for a total upgradationperiod of five years. All necessary repairs, maintenance, overhaul, replacements etc, shall be made during the O & M period. |
| 2 | Operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plant as per CPHEEO mannual on operation and maintenance of Sewerage and sewage treatment plant for achieving the desired results as per CPCBBS and terms & conditions attached.TheContractor shall operate, maintain and repair the entire Plant & associated Civil, Electrical and Mechanical components/works including cost of chemicals/Poly-electrolytes for aoperation and maintenacne period of five years. All necessary repairs, maintenance, overhaul, replacements etc, shall be made during the O & M period. Ist year |
