(f) The contractor"s quoted rates shall be deemed to include for dismantling/taking down of old unserviceable earthing of any type and making good the disturbed surfaces and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (g) Guarantee money :- An amount equal to 5% of the quoted amount against earthing catered under item No. 32 of BOQ will be retained till satisfactory completion of perfomance guarantee period of five years. Contractor can give BGB or interest bearing deposit receipt from any nationalized/scheduled bank for the amount failing which the said amount shall be deducted from final RAR/final bill of contractor. (h) Any other fittings/fixtures if technically required for acheiving desired results (if not included above) shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (j) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for three electrodes (in three pits separately) with three polypit chambers (minimum 3 metre apart) with polyplastic pit covers. |
