Make:- Crompton , USHA / or equivalent in Bajaj, Havells, Racold only. 2 Supply, installation, commissioning and testing water storage heater metal body vertical type of capacity 50 Liters suitable for to operate/function on AC 220V, single phasehavingheatingelement of 2KW capacity and high thermal cut-out BEE approved3/4 Star rated includinguidng fixed along walls with all fixing material required at site and electric connections with copper cable 3 core and plug top 15A includinguding making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directrd by Engineer in charge. Make:- Crompton or equivalent in USHA , Havells,Bajaj , Racold only 3 S & F PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm suitable for Hot water application complete all as specified and directrd by Engineer in Charge. 4 S & F bib taps,cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed down,screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of size 15mm bore complete all as specified and directrd by Engineer in charge. 5 S & F gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for GI pipes of size 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directrd by Engineer in charge. 6 S&F steel water tubing medium grade galvanised 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed recess in walls and ceilings or laid in floors including making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directrd by Engineer in charge. 7 M&L for concealed point wiring complete on independent /combined board with cable 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated multi stranded unsheathed copper conductorincludingconduit fittings after chasing in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces include sunken iron box, 3 mm thick bakelite sheet cover , pipe hooks elbows, brass screws washers with provision of earth continuity conductor of 2.5 sqmm copper single core PVC FRLS insulated cable controlledbyone switch andconnected to common earth dolly for one socket outlet 3 pin 15 ampscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 8 S&F in replacementMCB protected Socket -25Amps in renewal with plastic box and plug topvertical din rail mount type suitable to operate at 240V current rating range 25A , 50Hz 1Ph, complied IS specification 13032 & 8623 complete all as Spd and directed by Engineer in Charge Make-Havells/Crabtree/HPL 9 S & F RCCB cap 25 Amps with sensivity 30 mA,double polein accordance with IS 12640-1 & IEC 61008-1) 240/415, 50Hz with 10kA short circuit, AC type, withstand capacity including enclosure and other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Make Havells cat part No DHRGCTDF030025 or equivalent 10 Taking down carefully water heater (geyser) any make capacity of 50 & 25 Ltrs , proper disconnection of electrical and water connection, drain out existing water of geyser and transport to MES store without any damage all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 Note :(i) Amount ofcreditfor retrieved materials is mentionedin Sch A Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline. (ii)Contractor will furnish the performance warranty certificate along with name of dealer from the manufacturer for a specified period as recmmended by the companyfor the equipments mentioned againstrespective items. (iii) All LED lights should be marked with GE SGNR and date of fixing.(iv) The contracotr will liable for penalty of Rs 500/day if he fail to interain the complaint given to him on next day
