(a) Provident Fund (percentage minimum daily wage) : 13% (b)ESI (percentage minimum daily wage) : 3.25% (c) Minimum daily wages as per GoI, Ministry of Labour & Emplyment Order F.No. 1/20(3)/2020-LS-II dated 12 Oct 2020 (d) Number of working days in a month: 26 Days/ all working days from Monday to Saturday (whichever is more). (e) Tenure/Duration of employment (in months) : 11 months
